Delivery
*
We provide a 3 zone delivery pricing structure.
Ordering
of Goods
Goods WILL NOT be sent to an address other than the one
issued with your card.
This is to minimise credit card fraud.
** We apologise about any inconvenience caused but this is to
help both of us **
** Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We have introduced
this as
we currently use Royal Mail 'Signed For' delivery system and
we can only refund
missing goods when Royal Mail refunds us.

Garment
Returns
* Faulty goods must be returned within 5 days of supply and
acceptance back
will be subject to our discretion.
* A 20% handling and administration charge will be made on returns
agreed in advance or at our discretion together with carriage
costs if applicable.
* Items are specifically ordered and designed on a per order
basis and can not be sent back
without DoseUK's prior approval and/or without a returns number..
Refunds
*
We do not offer full refunds as items are made on a customer
per order / basis.

Payment
*
Our payment systems are dealt with via PayPal and all major
credit cards accepted.

All payments made are in Pounds Sterling (£) *
Parcel
Resend
*
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 'Recorded / Signed for'
service and require a signature.
*
If you are not available to sign for your
item, Royal Mail will will inform you that your parcel is
being held at your nearest mail sorting office and you will
have to collect it from there.
*
If you do not collect your parcel within 2 weeks, Royal Mail
will inform DoseUK that your goods
have not been collected upon which we will contact you and you
will incur a release / resend fee.
*
The resend fee is what Royal Mail charge us for posting the
parcel back to you and
this cost is out of our hands so Please Make Sure that
you are available to
collect your goods.
